We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in resalable condition, meaning they must be unmarked, unlabeled, unused, and free from damage (including bent corners, sticker residue, or shelf wear).

Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted only for books purchased directly from the author/publisher.

• All returns must be pre-approved via email. Please include your original order number and reason for return.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the bookstore/customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect on the part of the publisher.

• We do not accept returns for:

  • Unsold books returned after the 30-day window

  • Damaged books due to customer handling, store wear, or poor return shipping

  • Custom orders or signed copies (unless damaged upon arrival)

    Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued once the returned books are received and inspected. Refunds are made to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of return approval.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. We will replace or refund these items at no cost to you.

    Restocking Fee

  • A 10–15% restocking fee may be applied to returns exceeding 10 units.

We offer a 40% wholesale discount on orders with a minimum purchase of 20 books. Orders must be placed directly through the author/publisher and are subject to availability. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order and are the responsibility of the buyer.
